I stopped by to make an appointment (not necessary) and mentioned to the very friendly young man that I had tree sap on the windshield. He excused himself and got some cleaner and a razor blade and got all the sap off. FREE! Said to come back after 3 for a mini detail. OH, SO FRIENDLY, FRIENDLY, FRIENDLY!!! THANKS GUYS.
Car wash is ok detail needs work but The older staff members are nice to chat with when ever I go but the young staff members could care less for pleasantries. they wait at the window for there tip after a quick and useless towel dry. After I get home I see all kinds of streaks from the towels they use. I had a detail done there several months ago and it looked good but when I got home in my garage I noticed the scratches they said will come out but looked worse. Needed to call another detail shop in Pembroke to fix it. The detailers are all young I understand and have very little experience I do hope they can get grow and learn there trade
I'll update the rating when this gets fixed... I am a repeat customer due to its convenient location and I always tip. I've not had a problem with the staff here. Customer service has always been good and staff friendly. In the beginning when they first opened the wash would miss spots on the back of the suv/truck but it did seem to improve. It is a gentle carwash which is a good thing. My complaint is the tri-color polish has not worked in almost a year. I keep paying for it so maybe that's my fault but I've mentioned it in person and the staff member basically said it's been a headache to get it to flow properly since the carwash opened. Either fix it or don't offer people to pay for it. That's bad business and I've been paying for it for a year...
Great job at a competitive price. Friendly staff hand wash if you prefer.
