Very disappointing. Missed Valentine delivery nearby. Called on 15th. Very friendly, but insisted person taking order was at fault. Asked for delivery a day late and was promised afternoon wrapped delivery in better weather. Flowers delivered and soggy. $95?

On several occasions I have ordered flowers and I have always been amazed by the uncompromising quality of the bouquet, the beautiful presentation and the fast delivery. Marybeth was very friendly and knowledgeable. She is my florist, she should be yours too.
